Pre-construction

This involves all processes required to get to the groundbreaking including consultant contracts, contractor agreements, hiring of staff, survey reports, schedule planning, budget planning, design review, floor plan optimization, and BQ review.

Procurement

This involves choosing materials and suppliers, getting quotations and samples, signing agreements with suppliers, logistics, payments, storage, importation, and storekeeping. It forms part of both preconstruction and main construction.
